This research found a system for coaching female prisoners at the Class IIB Kuala Kapuas Prison and the future progress of the implementation of guidance, especially the women's prison in Kuala Kapuas. Kapuas.
The method used is Normative-Emperis legal research, which is a library research or study on written regulations or other legal materials that are adapted to field studies based on the results of interviews as respondents as research objects. Approach legislation (statute approach). This study examines thesystem applied in the framework of fostering female prisoners at the Class IIB Kuala Kapuas detention center and the future progress of the implementation of guidance, especially women's detention centers in Kuala Kapuas jurisdiction. The theory used in this research is from Louise Kiddler that evaluative research is research that serves to explain the phenomenon of a product, program or policy that emphasizes the effectiveness of the product, program or policy.
The findings of this study are that the guidance of female prisoners at the Class IIB Kuala Kapuas detention center is oriented towards integrating themselves and the community so that they receive the support and participation of the inmates and outsiders
